R&G Engine Case Covers are AMA Pro Racing approved.
This R&G Race Series Engine Case Cover is engineered using vacuum-formed thermoplastic and designed to fit the left hand side (LHS) crank case cover. Crafted from 4mm polypropylene for maximum ground clearance, durability and sleek aesthetics, these protective guards compliment the R&G Crash Protectors perfectly. Less bulky than the cumbersome protectors of the past, R&G Racing Engine Case Covers not only save weight, but can be quickly interchanged track side. The actual motorcycle engine case never has to be opened during install eliminating the need to replace fluids or gaskets. Installation is a breeze by simply removing a few bolts, snap the R&G Racing Engine Case Cover into place, and reconfigure the original bolts. These motorcycle guards protect the heart of your bike in the event of an accident and can save you from super expensive repairs.
Special Note: The installation of this product requires you to remove some of the case cover bolts but not all. Be sure when adding this protective cover to your motorcycle to only remove the bolts required to complete the install. Otherwise, you may be required to replace engine fluids and gaskets.
