This R&G Racing Engine Case Cover Kit includes a 3-piece set of engine guards. Offering complete coverage, this protective package comes equipped with the left hand side guard as well as the right hand side starter and crank guards. Designed for sleek aesthetics and superior strength, this engine case cover kit compliments the R&G Crash Protectors perfectly. Less bulky than the cumbersome protectors of old, these lightweight guards not only save in weight, but can be interchanged track side in a snap! The actual motorcycle engine case never has to be opened during install negating the need to replace gaskets or fluids. Just remove a few bolts, assemble the R&G Racing Engine Case Cover into place, and reinstall the original bolts. This product could help you save a lot of money in the event of a crash.
The engine case cover race series includes a replaceable puck or slider on the face of impact giving the case not only more meat to grind through to further enhance the protection offered by a standard protector, but also help save on repair costs in the event of just a "minor" slide, crash or drop. Each puck is entirely replaceable!
