QUAT D or QD Exhausts is a world leader when it comes to creating uniquely designed high performance exhaust systems. Made in Italy since 2012.
All fasteners are made of AISI 304 stainless steel laser-cut and all welds are TIG.
Exhaust systems are dimensioned and calculated using sophisticated fluid dynamics software in order to provide maximum efficiency and performance.
QD EXHAUST strikes back in the MOTO GUZZI world with this product dedicated to the V 85TT.
On the new bike from Mandello QD EXHAUST has made a titanium TrI-Cono muffler from the MAGNUM series, the muffler is sold with an European certification allowed for road use allover the European territory. The silencer has a removable db-killer and the usual 30 months extended warranty by activating the supplied SERVICE CARD on the official qdexhaust web site. In the package is also supplied the stainless steel link pipe and a carbon fiber heat shield manufactured directly by QD COMPOSIT department. The total weight of this kit is only 2.8Kg while the power gain is 2.35 HP.
The Cat Delete Mid-Pipe is stainless steel made, tig welded and has a 2 in 1 layout with diameters from 45 to 52mm, it is a MODULAR SYSTEM concept, so it can be fitted with the stock muffler or with an aftermarket slip-on as well. Removing the catalyst converter the engine temperature are lowed and the increased gas flow improves the run of the engine and reduces fuel consumption. The total weight of the Mid-Pipe is 1.7Kg Vs 5Kg of the stock and the power gain with the full system is 4.4HP.
