QD Exhaust MAGNUM System - Ducati MONSTER 1200/S (17+)
QUAT D or QD Exhausts is a world leader when it comes to creating uniquely designed high performance exhaust systems. Made in Italy since 2012.
All fasteners are made of AISI 304 stainless steel laser-cut and all welds are TIG.
Exhaust systems are dimensioned and calculated using sophisticated fluid dynamics software in order to provide maximum efficiency and performance.
All products are approved E4 and supplied with a removable catalyst (where required).
The Magnum series mufflers have a round finish, available in three material styles with a magnesium thermo injected end-cap and the QUAT D famous Gas Extractor system.

The system is composed of a pipe with 1 in diagram 2 that connects the central part of the implant to the pair of terminals, which are available in carbon fiber or titanium. Two catalysts inside allow the muffler to exceed the most stringent EURO 4 standards. The terminals are of the MAGNUM series having differentiated diameters, with the bottoms Magnesium die.
A carbon fiber heat shield is provided included in the kit.
For the elimination of the valve in the central part provides a QD Exhaust manifold with 2in scheme 1 and cooperates with the HealTech ELECTRONICS, providing in the package eliminator ESE-D02, a device that is connected to the servomotor wiring inhibits functioning avoiding error signals in the control unit.

A modest power gain of 5 HP and weight saving nearly 10lbs (5kg) over the stock system.
The all new carbon mufflers feature an inner stainless steel sleeve to give the mufflers a very high heat resistance.
