You will never see this part after it's installed, but it really does drop a LOT of weight compared to the heavy steel version it replaces.

I had it in my last 1098R and had no complaints, and I'm building another 1098R for myself now and I plan on using it again with another EVR Carbon Fiber Airbox (yes I'm a junky for this stuff - don't judge me, lol).

Anyhow this earns its 5 star rating so I just wanted to share that with you.
