Engineered for adventure riding, this helmet combines advanced protection, exceptional ventilation and versatile shield performance. The PB-cLc? shell is assembled using an assortment of materials and the forehead area is reinforced by a super fiber belt which is similar to the way in which bands strengthen a barrel. A lowered VAS-A shield system improves 'glancing off' ability while the VAS-A Max-Vision shield preserves a wide field-of-view and delivers a high level of visibility; the optional Pinlock? insert is effective at resisting fogging even in extreme conditions across the entire field-of-view. The peak is designed for more effective ventilation, increased high-speed flow-through performance, a greater range of adjustability for blocking the sun, and improved resistance to buffeting—all contributing to a more comfortable ride. The peak utilizes only one screw on each side for removal/installation and the shield can be attached or removed without tools, allowing easier, faster shield swaps. Integrated mouth and inner shutters let you tailor airflow: opening the outer and inner shutters directs air toward the mouth, while opening the outer and closing the inner directs air toward the shield to reduce fogging. A front logo duct provides airflow in the forehead area without compromising protection and remains effective regardless of rider position. An AR spoiler is tuned for long-distance adventure riding to reduce fatigue from turbulent air and draw hot air from the crown area. Finished with an odor-resistant interior for lasting comfort.
