The VAS-Z shield system, with a lower pivot point enabled by a dual-pivot assembly, makes the shell smoother in the temple area and allows the shield to function where a single pivot could not, improving the helmet's ability to slide smoothly if it contacts the ground or obstacles. Features a one-piece, multi-density EPS liner. Z Resin combines several resins with different characteristics and bonds to the many layers and materials of the shell more securely using less resin, improving shell strength while reducing weight. The Pro Shade System adapts to many light conditions without sacrificing helmet impact absorption performance and allows air to pass through even at high speed. Glasses compatible — removable foam in the top of the earcup lets the arms of glasses easily slide into the helmet. Earcups are easy to remove from the helmet and have removable covers for easy washing and access. VAS-Z shield accepts VAS-Z Pinlock lens and includes a Pinlock-120 fog resistant lens.
