A refined, touring-focused motorcycle helmet engineered for aerodynamic stability, effective ventilation and seamless communication-system integration. A 3D ARAI logo duct (3.5 mm depth) feeds two central 10 mm intake ports and works well at low speed and with an upright riding position; it opens or closes easily with summer or winter gloves using a short-stroke lever placed at the top — if the lever isn’t visible the duct is open. The logo duct is designed to break away in the event of an impact for added safety.
An aerodynamic one-piece rear exhaust/spoiler, operated by a 3-way switch and inspired by high-performance designs but redesigned for touring use, sits slightly forward on the shell and is fed by three ports. It efficiently draws air and smooths airflow over and from the side of the helmet, improving stability and reducing buffeting at highway speeds to cut rider fatigue. Manufactured thin and light, the spoiler is engineered to crush or break away on impact so it does not compromise protective performance.
Ventilation features include a 3-position (open, midway, closed) sliding air-scoop chin vent with a replaceable filter and a thicker, glove-friendly actuating mechanism. The outer shell outlines a stylish, organic shape using Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction (PB-cLc2) for lightweight strength and integrated side ducts. An extra layer of superfiber belting maintains rigidity where needed while providing flat sides for easy intercom fitment.
With the Variable Axis System (VAS) the visor mounting position is lowered, yielding an average of an additional 24 mm across both temple areas to help glide off impact energy. The shell flares 5 mm around the opening to make donning and doffing easier, and a small stitched opening in the inside neck roll allows installers to neatly tuck excess wiring after fitting speakers or communication units. Designed to connect a communication system externally without compromising the inner EPS liner, this helmet balances comfort, safety and touring practicality.
