The R&G Engine Case Slider is designed to quickly and easily bolt over the edge of the OEM Stator cover for impact and slide protection during a slide or crash. Abrasion resistant High Density Polyethylene is the same material used in the frame and axle sliders to help slow the bike and give motor a sliding surface so the cover itself is not ground down as the bike slides to a stop.
