QUAT D or QD Exhausts is a world leader when it comes to creating uniquely designed high performance exhaust systems. Made in Italy since 2012.

All fasteners are made of AISI 304 stainless steel laser-cut and all welds are TIG.
Exhaust systems are dimensioned and calculated using sophisticated fluid dynamics software in order to provide maximum efficiency and performance.
All products are approved Euro4 and supplied with a removable catalyst (where required).

The Twin Gunshot system for DUCATI STREETFIGHTER V4
In pure Superbike style the new 3/4 system for Ducati STREETFIGHTER V4.
The system uses the first part of OEM headers, with a 2 in 2 layout, the diameters are 52mm with a "H" balancing pipe for the perfect flow in both
engine banks. All the pipework is in stainless steel AISI 304 TIG
Welded. The mufflers are the new titanium Gunshot with the thermo-injectd
magnesium end-caps, the traditional signature from QD Exhaust. The Passenger
footrests are still used as well! The power gain is awesome, +2/3HP allover the
range, and 6HP at the top end.
A full performance mapping is sold separately with a very easy uploading system directly reflashing the stock ECU also make sure you match it with an Airflter! (see below)
