EBC DOT 4 Brake Fluid

DOT 4 brake fluid is a high quality brake fluid recommended for use in the hydraulic brake and clutch systems of all cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles for which a glycol based DOT 3 or DOT 4 fluid is specified. With a higher boiling point than DOT 3 fluid, this fluid is ideally suited for higher performance vehicles where the braking system routinely reaches moderate brake temperatures.  This is a general purpose glycol fluid with a dry boiling point of 270°C (518°F) and a minimum wet boiling point of 170°C (338°F). Suitable for use in most modern motorcycle and automotive brake systems. MUST NOT be mixed with DOT 5 silicone fluids.

• Available in a choice of two bottle sizes – 250ml (8.8 US fl.oz) or 1 litre (33.8 US fl.oz)

• Typical dry boiling point – 270°C (518°F). Typical wet boiling point – 170°C (338°F)

NOT SUITABLE FOR USE WITH MINERAL OIL SYSTEMS. If in doubt consult vehicle handbook.
This product conforms to and exceeds the current international specifications U.S. FMVSS No.116 DOT 4 & DOT 3, SAE J1703 & J1704 and ISO 4925 (Classes 3 & 4).
