Overview
The special sliders front wheel axle are derived, by careful
machining of the CNC machine, from blocks of Delrin, a plastic material
with excellent dimensional stability, high mechanical strength and
hardness.
The sliders have a rounded shape (dome type); in the wheel
side totally encompasses the bulk nut with its clip, while in the side
crown nut is protected but remains visible.
This particular conformation it confers, in case of accidental fall or sliding, a protective function.
Both parts are held in place by a pin / tie aluminum centre and two titanium screws, custom-made exclusive Motocorse.
The pin / tie aluminum center is machined from billet and with
anodisation of the surface to prevent rust from general use in all
weather conditions. A great must have investment for any custom
motorcycle enthusiast.
The anodisation is a electrolytic passivation
process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on
the surface of metal components of this kit.
