The heart of the system consists of a turning joint that is bike specific. The turning joint allows several different styles of Gilles Tooling footpegs to fit and fold in your OEM holders.
Whats unique about the turning joint is that it has locating teeth around its circumference, allowing you to mount an optional extension arm to provide an additional 360 degrees of adjustment!
UF-20 - TOURING PEGS
The Touring replacement footrests for the rider ODRE pillion position
are quick and easy to fit to the original mounting points on the
motorcycle thanks to the folding joints supplied. Scope of delivery: Set
of two footrests (incl. rubber inserts) and two folding joints.
Details
of the Touring footrests: special and wider shape for optimum comfort,
length 80 mm. Thanks to the rubber inserts supplied, comfort is
significantly improved. The footrest can also be used without the rubber
inserts.
The accessories listed below include optional outriggers
that can be used to adjust the rider footrests 360 degrees (divided into
24 individual positions) by 20mm and for the pillion position by 30mm
or 40mm.
