The R&G Engine Case Cover bolts over the original starter cover to safeguard against impact and abrasion in the event of a tip over, slide or crash. Hearty 4 mm polypropylene protects the motor from being ground down so the bike doesn't suffer loss of oil or contamination from debris. This protective case cover could make the difference between being able to ride your bike home after a spill, or waiting for a tow truck. Cornering clearances and lean angles remain unaffected.
