Brembo HP Billet Rear Brake Caliper - 84mm Mount (OE for most European bikes)

I bought this beautifully made Brembo billet rear caliper for my 2006 Suzuki GSX-R 1000. The bike is fitted with similar Brembo billet front calipers so I wanted the rear to match. However, now that this caliper is installed, I see an enormous improvement over the stock caliper. There is so much more power available through the brake pedal and it's far easier to modulate. Before, the pedal was a bit "mushy" even after a thorough fluid bleed. You could never tell how much pressure was required to lock the rear, which was a bit unnerving. Now it's precise and easy to modulate. You can tell exactly how much force is required to lock the rear, which makes riding on both the road and track more predictable.

K5/K6 GSX-R 1000 specific fitment notes:

This caliper isn't a direct swap for the K5/K6 GSXR due to the mounting bolt hole spacing. A special brake caliper bracket is required (M-Tech is the only one available that I could find). The standard K5/K6 brake hose length works just fine, however the caliper's banjo bolt thread pitch (M10x1.0) is different than standard, but one is included with the caliper. It is also recommended to change the rear master cylinder to a 1/2"/13mm diameter one since the K5/K6 stock one (11mm diameter) is a little undersized for this caliper. There are a few 1/2" Nissin master cylinders available with correct 45mm mounting bolt spacing (45mm) which will work.

I purchased this Brembo billet rear brake caliper for my Ducati Panigale V4 916 25 Anniversario in ERGAL color, and today I purchased another one in Nickel Color for my 998 project.
They are billet, machined from a block of aluminum ingot, making them more precise, and have higher rigidity compare to the stock cast caliper. They also looks super nice.
