MOTO GP QUALITY, WITHOUT THE MOTO GP COST!!!
The Beringer floating mount rear master cylinder follows the arc of
the brake pedal during the piston stroke, thereby eliminating side loads
on the piston seals and offering more stroke and increased precision
and feel.
Stroke can be adjusted by modifying the angle of the MC12.7.
Beringer's
floating rear master cylinder features special piston cups that allow
it to send hydraulic pressure to the rear caliper but also to receive pressure on the inlet side, from a Thumb Brake and send that hydraulic pressure out to the rear caliper.
Upper
mount to the frame needs to be fabricated on many bikes but "L" bracket
made for ATV applications sometimes work on some sport bikes.
Photos show MC12.7 installed on Zanotti Racing's 2017 ATF Twins #14 Kawasaki, coupled to a 4 piston radial caliper.
Add BO1 brake fluid reservoir to complete the installation, sold separately (related items Below)
For mounting brackets, please see PLAD003 (for most Brembo MC
applications and Ducatis) PLAH004 (Honda TRX) and PLAY007 (most Yamaha
with Nissin master)
