Advanced shell construction uses a multi-composite molding process combining uni-directional carbon composite with an aramid layer and epoxy resin bonding to deliver exceptional radial strength, penetration protection and controlled deflection so impact energy is spread and absorbed by the EPS liner. The multi-density EPS liner is formed in four sections to provide zone-specific energy absorption for improved impact management, comfort and fit. An A-Head fitting height and angle adjustment system with a micro-adjustable pad lets riders tune helmet position precisely for their riding style. A secure visor release system is engineered to hold the visor under extreme conditions yet detach under significant impact to preserve shell integrity and reduce harmful leverage and rotational accelerations. The base profile is sculpted to clear the clavicle and includes a flexible energy-absorption pad to protect the collarbone, while a polypropylene chinbar allows lateral deflection to further reduce forces to the shoulder area. Multi-Directional Impact Protection (MIPS) is integrated via a low-friction slip layer between the comfort padding and absorption shell to mitigate rotational motion energies linked to brain injury. Emergency removal features include an Emergency Release System (ERS) for quick cheek-pad extraction by medical staff and compatibility with an internal Eject inflation system to enable helmet removal without loading the spine. A comfortable, wider-than-standard woven chin strap with double D-ring retention balances soft feel with secure closure. Every material and component has been engineered and analyzed for optimal weight, strength and energy absorption to deliver a high-performance racing helmet that prioritizes protection, fit and adjustability.
