AELLA titanium bolts are made by machining titanium.
The
seating surface is at a right angle to the bolt body with extremely
high accuracy, and the seating surface is wide, so the force to hold the
caliper differs even with the same fastening force as a genuine bolt. As a result, AELLA titanium bolts provides more stable braking:
Comparison with OE bolts. Naturally, the commitment to “fasten” is different from that of mass-produced products.
Since the fastening surface of the genuine bolt is not flat, a groove is formed on the caliper side:
AELLA titanium bolts are effective even when used alone, but when used in combination with a titanium washer AT-W0001 or AT-W0008 (model dependent - see below links), the caliper can be fastened in parallel with the disc, reducing brake drag and reducing resistance to wheel rotation
